A week to learn to surf in a friendly atmosphere, to discover the Essaouira region, its medina and its many beaches, and to take care of yourself.
Sidi Kaouki beach, with its waves rolling over the sand, is perfect for beginners and intermediates alike. Whether you're looking for your first glides in the foam or to climb to the peak via the channel, it's an easy and safe spot. The package includes 5 x 2-hour surf lessons and equipment for the rest of the day for independent practice. The perfect combo for progressing at your own pace.
Yoga classes take place in the mornings or evenings, at the Hameau des Cascades, facing the sea. Hatha Yoga or Yin Yoga.
For the curious and the active, Lucie will advise you on all the best ways to make the most of outdoor activities, discover the region and Moroccan culture.
For those seeking peace and quiet, you can enjoy the gardens of the Hameau des Cascades and the many unspoilt beaches in the vicinity.

Essaouira airport: 20 min from the club. Transfer included in the package.
Marrakech airport: 3h drive. Optional.
Agadir airport: 4-hour drive. Optional.
A private driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign bearing your name.
Shuttle buses run daily between Hameau des Cascades and Kaouki Karma Surf. Timetables are adapted to suit surfing lessons and other activities.
You can also opt to rent a car. You'll be able to explore the region at your leisure.
A bus runs between Sidi Kaouki and Essaouira 6 times a day. The journey costs 8 dhs per person.
Sidi Kaouki - Essaouira

As the bus doesn't always keep to the timetable, plan to arrive a few minutes early.

If your package includes a day off, you can take advantage of it to chill out at the Hameau des Cascades, plan another activity, or organize a day in Essaouira. We'll give you all the tips you need to have a great time.
All surfing equipment provided (neoprene wetsuits, board, leash)
Bring your own:
- Bathing suit and towel
- Sun cream
- A flask that you can fill with purified water - you can also buy bottled water in Sidi Kaouki
Depending on your package, some meals may not be included. Expect between 80 and 250 dhs per meal. You'll find plenty of restaurants, snacks and grills in Sidi Kaouki, just a few steps from the Club.
For small items (shampoo, snacks, cigarettes, etc.), you'll find plenty of little stores in Sidi Kaouki. Called 'hanout' in Moroccan.
For cash withdrawals, we advise you to make your first withdrawal at the airport. The first ATM is in Ghazoua, 15 km from the Club. The nearest bank is in Essaouira, 20 km away.

In Morocco since 2017, Lucie settled Hameau des Cascades in 2020. Having fallen in love with the region, the beauty of its landscapes and the simplicity of country life, she is delighted to welcome you and share her passions with you.
Surfing, sup, wingfoil, windsurfing, or simply swimming or hiking, she loves spending time in the water and in the forest. Trained in Hatha Yoga in India, then in Yin yoga, Holistic Yoga, Yoga & Ayurveda specialized for women, as well as in Erycksonian hypnosis and evolutionary astrology, Lucie is passionate about everything that helps recreate a connection: with oneself, with Nature, with the Earth. Eternally curious and a jack-of-all-trades, with a passion for gardening, herbal care and permaculture, she loves to seek out and learn in all fields for the pleasure of sharing.
Surfing course in
BoujXsports
Recently built by Boujmaa Guilloul. After many years of welcoming windsurfers to Moulay Bouzerktoune beach, north of Essaouira, and promoting windsurfing there, he decided to launch a multi-sport surf club on Sidi Kaouki.
The center is located in the heart of the village of Sidi Kaouki, near the main parking lot, opposite the beach, overlooking the region's main surf spots. Here you'll find equipment rental and surf, SUP, windsurf and wingfoil lessons, as well as all the advice you need for surfing and sailing.
For this passionate team, sailing is more than a sport. The ocean is a source of learning and inspiration. A connection to nature and to ourselves. Of surpassing ourselves. And it's also a great place to play and share.
